Decision Infrastructure Group develops, protects, and licenses the proprietary architectures, methods, and systems that enable institutions to structure decisions that can be explained, attributed, reconstructed, and defended under scrutiny.
DIG is the originating IP owner for the Decision Infrastructure ecosystem. It holds and governs the core intellectual property, terminology, architectures, licensing rights, and protected methods that support decision defensibility across institutional environments.
Modern institutions operate under continuous scrutiny. Decisions are increasingly made across complex systems, digital workflows, AI-enabled processes, and multi-jurisdictional environments.
When consequences appear, institutions must be able to explain how decisions were formed, who was accountable, what evidence was considered, and why the decision was defensible. DIG exists to protect and advance the intellectual architecture that makes this possible.
Decision Infrastructure™, DIITA™, and related terms, models, diagrams, diagnostic systems, indices, and software concepts are protected intellectual assets. Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, sublicensing, or commercial deployment is prohibited without written permission from DIG.
Decision Infrastructure Group LLC is the intellectual property holding entity established to own, protect, govern, and license the Decision Infrastructure body of work.
Its role is to preserve the integrity of the doctrine, prevent dilution, control authorised usage, and ensure that public-facing research, certification, commercial implementation, and technology products remain aligned with the original architecture.
DIG does not engage with institutional clients. DIG does not deliver assessments. DIG does not issue certifications directly. These functions belong to the Institute for Decision Infrastructure and to authorised commercial implementation partners — each operating under formal licence from DIG.
Dr Henry Naiho PhD, DBA is the Principal and Founder of Decision Infrastructure Group LLC and the originating author of the DIITA™ framework — Decision Infrastructure & Institutional Trust Architecture. The framework is the product of his research across a 120-year global evidence base of institutional decision failures, spanning 47 countries, 14 sectors, and every major accountability failure category documented in the public record.
With over 26 years of professional experience across telecommunications, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, enterprise risk, and public-sector systems, Dr Naiho has operated within environments where decisions carry material consequence and are subject to regulatory, operational, and systemic pressures.
This experience informs a structural perspective on decision-making — one that recognises that failure often does not occur at the moment decisions are made, but when those decisions are examined and cannot be sustained.
The Decision Infrastructure ecosystem includes protected terminology, architectures, diagnostic models, standards concepts, scoring systems, software concepts, publications, and visual assets developed to support decision defensibility at institutional scale.

DIG grants controlled licences to approved institutions, research bodies, commercial partners, software developers, education providers, and implementation entities. All licensing discussions are confidential. No obligation is created by submitting an enquiry.
All discussions are conducted under confidentiality. No obligation created by enquiry.
The Decision Infrastructure ecosystem comprises entities with distinct, non-overlapping functions. No entity certifies its own commercial implementation. No commercial entity owns the core IP. No research entity controls commercial execution. This separation preserves the integrity and independence of the entire structure.
DIG authorises selected organisations to use Decision Infrastructure intellectual property under controlled licensing arrangements. Authorisation is entity-specific, jurisdiction-specific, and subject to ongoing compliance review.
